This is the underside of the original series Enterprise (NCC-1701). This view is not seen in the old series, since it was impossible to do with the old models and filming methods. Maybe, in the new cgi that is being done for the new Old Star Trek, we will actually see this view.

I have seen the new series CGI and, yes, they do actually show the underside of the ship. In Space Seed, the ship is show from the bottom!
